If having problems getting online, Windows 7 has outstanding features to help you get the help you need:

Open Network and Sharing Center

Look for the ‘Internet’, as pictured to the right.

Right click on it, choose “Compress and email…”.

An email form with the Internet already attached will be created, simply address the email to the person always having the right answers for you.

Leave your computer on, turn off your monitor, and wait for phone confirmation your computer is ready to use on the Internet again.
